The website can be browsed without creating an account. The Foundation may receive your name, email address, message and any files or contextual information you choose to send by email.
How information is used
Information is used to answer enquiries, verify archive material, document publication permission, evaluate corrections and administer the memorial archive. It is not sold.
Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics may provide privacy-preserving, aggregated information about visits, devices, countries and page use. The Foundation uses this information to improve accessibility, reliability and content planning.
Publication
Sending material does not automatically authorize public publication. The Foundation seeks appropriate confirmation before publishing personal tributes, photographs or documents.
Retention and requests
Correspondence and consent records may be retained for archival accountability. To request access, correction or responsible deletion of information you supplied, email contact@blwarillefoundation.org.
